Carter led his team to the EBA Championship posting a regular season average of 24.9 ppg that included two 36-point games. He capped off his season with two outstanding performances in the playoffs, scoring 21 points in the semis against the Washington Madness and posting a team-high 34 points in the Championship game against the Metropolitan All-Stars.

Chris MatthewsThe Madness all-star guard Chris Matthews averaged 26.8 points for the season. Like Carter, he also shined in the playoffs, hitting a 34-point high against the Harrisburg Horizon to knock them from the playoffs. He then shot 39 points to almost single-handedly keep his team in the game before they bowed to the Hudson Valley Hype in the semis.

James RyansJames Ryans, NYC iconic basketball coaching legend, took over coaching duties at the Hype in January and turned a 1-11 team in 2011 into a 11-1 team in 2012 as they marched to the EBA Championship. Ryans returned to the EBA for his second stint having previously coached the NY Pride.
